Now the heat is finally claiming down, we're bringing back beginner courses! 🥳

4 week course, starting Saturday 5th September at 12.15pm.

£36 for all four sessions (usual price £48)

This course is for people who are brand new to pole.

You must be aged 18 or over to attend classes at Personal Pole.

You will learn all the basic fundamentals of pole during this 4 week course, and you'll learn everything you need to start your pole journey safely.

We will look at posture, basic spins and even start looking at how to invert (go upside down) by the end of the 4 weeks!

There are no requirements: you don't have to be a certain gender, size, age or anything else for that matter. You can be a fitness expert or a complete beginner.

The amount of confidence pole fitness can give to you is actually quite amazing, do the research yourself if you don't believe us - there are plenty of people spreading the love for pole.

Pole dance/fitness is a recognised sport. More and more people are choosing it as their main fitness element - because that's exactly what it is! A fantastic way to gain gravity defying strength, improve flexibility/mobility, improve grace, balance and posture, and as already mentioned, it's such a confidence booster.

This course is fully refundable up to 24 hours before your first class starts. After this time, there are no partial or full refunds. So please make sure you can attend all 4 classes before booking.

Showcase date - 16/10/26 - 7pm

We are holding our sixth showcase 😁😁😁😁
Last year we had a bit of everything - beginners to advanced, sexy to comedy and we loved it all! 🖤❤️

In this showcase we would love to have as many of you come along and perform a routine that you have created yourself. (please note - this is a showcase, not a competition and you MUST have attended at least 10 classes with Personal Pole in 2026 to perform - Personal Practice does not count as a class) From beginners to advanced, whatever your style, we want as many of our students to come together and support our beautiful community. There's space for 16 performances - first come, first served. If there are multiple people performing together, that only counts as one space ☺️

Comment or message Personal Pole if you would like to be one of the performers :) - you do NOT have to purchase a space if you're performing. It is free.

Tickets will be on sale one month before the showcase to come and watch. We will post on Instagram to remind you nearer the time.
If you want to come along and support, it is £12 for a space. There are only 20 spaces available for spectators. First come, first served basis. Book via Go Team Up. You're more than welcome to have partners/friends /family book a place to come and support your performance also ☺ (tickers are none refundable)

May's SOTM is.....
Briony came to beginners after the course and has made incredible progress over the last 5 months. She is always up for a challenge and has worked hard to set a solid base for further pole skill expansion. Any time a progression has been offered she has snapped the opportunity up to learn further. She works hard on her conditioning to support these skills in class and is confident in asking for further guidance when needed. Briony has great self-initiative and will work on class moves whilst I am spending time with other students. Overall, a great learner with a great attitude who always gives their best in classes! Well done, £12 has been added to your Go Team Up account!
