Cardiff Comets Ladies Ice Hockey Team, Est. 1994 The Cardiff Comets were formed in 1994. We welcome new players of all abilities.
They are the only Welsh Women's Ice Hockey Team playing in the British Women's Ice Hockey League and currently compete in EIHA's Division 1. The team enjoyed great success after being promoted by the Association for winning the 2018/19 Season Playoffs. The team currently train every Wednesday @ 10pm pm at Vindico Arena in the International Sports Village in Cardiff Bay. Ophelia Chesterman ( #53) will be playing for the Swindon Topcats and Molly Lehman ( #18) will be playing for the Firebees, both in the WNIHL1 semi finals (and hopefully finals!)
