Jamie Eddy & Lyndsey Hill
If you've ever met Jamie, you'll know he's never short of a story, a joke, a quick comeback, or even.... a song? He’s back this year as co-compere, bringing that same infectious energy to Welsh.
Away from the microphone, Jamie is a familiar face within the Ceroc community. As one half of the well-known duo The Jeddys alongside Head Judge Jen Eddy, he's built a reputation as an accomplished competitor, inspiring teacher, and passionate ambassador for Ceroc. A much loved Ceroc South Wales teacher and multiple championship winner, Jamie has enjoyed success across a variety of competition categories, including claiming the inaugural South West Grand Masters title.
Whether he's dancing, teaching, competing, or entertaining, Jamie brings enthusiasm, humour, and genuine passion to everything he does. Teaming up with Lyndsey, he's ready to make this year's Welsh Champs bigger, louder, and more memorable than ever.
Our other co-compere, our very own Durracel bunny, is the wonderful Lyndsey Hill! Lyndsey wears many hats within the Ceroc community. As a Ceroc South Wales teacher, an experienced DJ at events across the UK, and a valued member of the Ceroc HQ team, she's dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences both on and off the dance floor. Many dancers will also recognise her from the hugely popular choreographed routines she's helped bring to life at weekenders and major events – she brings the energy, she brings the power, and often bring very big skirts while she's rocking and rolling!
With a microphone in hand, Lyndsey has a natural talent for engaging the crowd, celebrating every competitor, and keeping the excitement building throughout the day. Teaming up with Jamie, this duo is ready to help keep the competition run smoothly, keep the competitors and spectators entertained, and maybe we'll have another song this year? 🤣
