A big weekend this weekend!!! We had Swansea 70.3 with 8 of our members competing! Well done to all who raced - incredible efforts from everyone in what were insanely hot conditions 🥵👏🏼💪🏼

Ethan John was at Eastbourne 70.3 & went and WON the event!!! Huge congrats on an amazing performance Ethan 🤩🤩🤩

Kirsty Hudson was at ATW Bristol standard Tri - fab racing from Kirsty 😍🤩

Miles Brown and Mark Lewis headed out for a big loop into the hills 🚵🏽‍♂️

and Bleddyn Edwards completed the Pogi challenge in Tadej Pogačar ’d home town in Slovenia 🇸🇮- almost 1300m of climbing in 24kms! 🏔️ 💪🏼

Well done our members who were out training and racing this weekend!

We had a few members down at Long Course Weekend smashing the swim and bike 🤩 well done all 💪🏼

Gavin & Andrew Wilson were racing at Triathlon Cymru welsh super series in Llandudno which doubled as the welsh sprint champs. Special mention to Gavin who came 🥉 in AG 💥

Last weekend was a big weekend for the club 💪🏼

Starting on Saturday we had lots of volunteers at so thank you to all those who helped out! 👏🏼🫶🏻

We also had the Ethan John & Sam Holwill at the European sprint and standard champs with Ethan getting a top 10 finish in his AG 🙌💥 well done guys!!

Well done to everyone who tackled the Titan middle distance tri, always a tough day out 🏔️ 🚲 👏🏼

Sunday brought us the Triathlon Cymru welsh super event hosted by Porthcawl Triathlon Club 🔱 in Porthcawl. Such a great turnout by our members - we love to see it 🙌. Amazing performances all round with multiple AG podiums achieved 🤩🤩

Who’s thinking about trying to get some more points at the remaining super series events?! 🤔😬… LET’S GO FOR IT! 💪🏼

We also had social gravel rides and Penarth sea swims 🌊 🍦 . Thanks to all who organised & came along 🫶🏻
