Baby yoga isn't just about stretching, it's about nurturing your baby's development, supporting digestion and sleep, encouraging confidence through movement, and giving you the opportunity to meet other local parents who are on the same journey. It’s also a moment for you, everything I offer focuses as much on mum as it does baby, because mums need to fill their cups too!
