Good morning everyone! A huge thank you to the fire crews and farmers last night for doing an amazing job containing the fire in the nearby valley. It is still burning this morning, but it could have been a lot worse. We are hugely grateful to the community near and far who have reached out with potential places for us to move any horses to and for offering help to move any of the horses if it came to it. What a wonderful community we have that all pulls together if we need. We were very fortunate that the wind wasn't blowing in our direction! Thank you to everyone again for their messages and support throughout the evening.

We are very aware of a rapidly developing grass fire in our area. Thank you to all those who have reached out already. The fire service are there are doing what they can. We all have our fingers crossed that everyone 2 legged and 4 legged stays safe and rest assured we will do everything we can to ensure the safety of our animals and anyone who needs help without hindering our emergency services. Stay safe everyone 🐴 🚒
