🟣 The weekend has arrived 🟣

We have a full set of fixtures for this weekend with all four of our teams in action with our vets having their first game of the season this Sunday

We have a double header down the lane Saturday as The first team look to continue where they left off last Saturday as they host Combe St Nicholas FC reserves and our Third team welcome Combe Colts to the Lane

The reserves travel to Netherbury FC as they look to get their first points on the board for the season on Saturday as well

Then on Sunday our Vets team are hosting Team Gryphon Vets as their league campaign kicks off

The bar will be open tomorrow during and after the games and the same on Sunday for the Vets game

All your support last weekend was greatly appreciated and we would love to see you again tomorrow either down the Lane on Saturday and Sunday or at Netherbury to support the reserves as all of our teams look to get three points this weekend

The First Team took all three points at Misterton.
With a Big shoutout to Rudy Kellett for the winning goal and Jamie Fletcher for his Man of the Match performance

Tomorrow all three of our teams kick off the start to the new season

The firsts, reserves and third team are all hoping to get off to a good start, with each of them playing strong opposition

Our first team travel to Misterton Football Club the reserves host Combe St Nicholas FC A team and our third team travel to Ilminster Town FC to play their A team

With the reverses playing at home the bar will be open during and after the game with hot food available throughout

All your support tomorrow will be hugely appreciated by all the players and management teams, so come down to the lane for a drink and some food and watch the football or travel over to watch the Firsts or Third team fight to get three points on the board early

With the start of the new season fast approaching the first team continue their pre season preparations as they welcome Staplegrove Football Club Reserves to the lane tomorrow as they look to get ready for the first league game on the 5th of September

Football is fully back tomorrow as the first team get their season underway with a trip to Merriott Moretti in the first round of the hospital cup

The reserves and third team also get their seasons underway this week, with more cup football. Our reserves host South Petherton Football Club reserves Wednesday and our third team are travelling to play Yetminster Sports FC on Thursday

We hope to see you all there and support the lads across all three games
