Let’s get ready to get behind another of our members as he prepares to take on a MASSIVE challenge 💪

On 12th May, Steve Jones begins what we are calling UNBROKEN – THE 150 Challenge. A HARD, TOUGH challenge to test himself physically, mentally, emotionally AND most importantly, look to raise money to fight Cancer in Children through the fantastic work done at the Great Ormond Street Cancer Care Centre. 🎗️

From that day onwards and for 150 days (without a break), Steve will:

• Run a minimum of 5 kilometres EVERY DAY
• Take part in DAILY Kickboxing sessions
• No rest or Breaks

And then...

On Day 151, Steve will undertake to complete 150 rounds of K1-Kickboxing sparring, EACH round to be 2 minutes long with 1 minute rest in between.

With a 10-minute welfare break at the end of each 50th round, that’s a SEVEN HOURS AND 30 MINUTES sparring challenge! 🥊

A HUGE undertaking that we ask all members to support with firstly donations (Link to follow) and then on the big day itself – SUNDAY 12TH OCTOBER, where we ask every Cadet and Senior to come along and support him through sparring with him (of course!) and then cheering him on as he looks to complete this fantastic challenge.

Our friends at other gyms are of course more than welcome to join us on the day, and of course, any donations will be gratefully appreciated.

No slowing down for Christmas for them yet, both still hard at it.
