Located just off Chatham High Street, the gym has its own car park including plenty of spaces outside of the premises for up to 2 hours. The building has been a gym environment for over 25 years and comprises of 3 three levels including free weights area, cardio room and resistance machine rooms giving you a new and exciting way to work out. Training should be fun and part of your lifestyle, if you want to reach your goals then Cruz Gyms can help!

(The gym is still OPEN as usual)

To prepare for our first strongman competition tomorrow, the CruzGyms car park will be closed for Sunday 20th September. There is FREE parking on Institute Road all day on Sundays (the road the gym literally sits on) or a car park a few minutes walk away on Magpie Hall Road.

Thanks for your understanding. Car park will be back open as usual Monday Morning!
