Located just off Chatham High Street, the gym has its own car park including plenty of spaces outside of the premises for up to 2 hours. The building has been a gym environment for over 25 years and comprises of 3 three levels including free weights area, cardio room and resistance machine rooms giving you a new and exciting way to work out. Training should be fun and part of your lifestyle, if you want to reach your goals then Cruz Gyms can help!

We are making a small increase for the first time in over 5 years!

It’s no secret that small businesses have taken a massive hit this year (cheers starmer), and we will always do our best to prioritise affordability and customer satisfaction, however, due to the ever rising costs, we have had to make a slight adjustment.

Nothing crazy, don’t worry. Our memberships will remain the same, it is simply stock prices and day passes that are affected. Please see the price list of increases below 👇🏽

All Cans of Drink: £2.50
Protein Shakes: £3.50
Day Passes: £7.50
Day Pass Deal (session pass, pre workout, + protein shake): £10.00

I truly do appreciate that times are tough for everyone right now, but we are so grateful for everyone’s continued support and loyalty to CruzGyms. We couldn’t do it without you all.
