No edits! No filters! No bu****it! First time trying to press the 80s, could have tried getting deeper. Control wasn't too bad, but for my first time, I'll take the criticism. I have a new challenge next April, so my training will be changing dramatically in January. Fun times being a all round athlete.

We’ve officially closed out all shows for 2025. Tonight I had the privilege of supporting those that supported us back in novemeber. We had a big challenge ahead of us tonight! Heavier and more experienced. We spoke about the game plan, and .ss_ executed it perfectly to take all 4 rounds.

More than anything, tonight was about trust. Trust between coach, and fighter. It’s hard to build and easy to lose but time and time again we pull them wins out the bag!

Being Part of the Unique Team is something special, everyone looks after each other. There aren’t many sports that create bonds like this one.

When some people are looking for trainers, I understand it is all about affordability, BUT if you have certain goals in mind with targets and deadlines to meet, find a trainer that has walked the line, practices what he preaches, and can break down the theory as well as the practical. Yes! I am a very expressive personal trainer, and yes! I do pick my clients; I do not just train people for the generic pound note. I am fortunate. You will not see me advertising for new clients; I am generally on a referral basis only. For 2026, I will be looking to help a few extra people to reach their goals and change their lives.
