This weekend I turned my hand to ROing for the Precision R***e Series UK Finale 💥

Having not managed to shoot a series match this year it seemed pointless shooting the finale... but I wanted to go along still and be a part of the amazing community of PRS competitors we have in the UK and as a fan of the sport.. where better to watch the finale unfold than the only available front row spectator seat on each stage 😆

It's also incredible to see a few new names that have come through the Introduction to PRS courses getting out there and competing 💪

A side note.. new ear pro by the way of the Sordin X2s.. fantastic. Audio is soooo much better than my old ear pro 👌

Thanks to Annie Lou for the phots as always 👍

Pulled the Accuracy International Ltd AT-XC .308 out the cabinet to fit the new Wildcat Moderators Elite with RS Brake module fitted and get a few other bits ready for some testing at 100m next week 🔥🥵

The Schmidt & Bender also sporting a new ScopeChaps 👌

Looking forward to shooting the National R***e Association PRS Match next month and then preparing for next season where i hope to shoot alot more 🤞

Dominic St-Jean Turret Tape for the Schmidt & Bender CMII 6-36x56mm 👌

Miss being out behind the Accuracy International Ltd AT-XC 😔

A few of you have asked why I have been quiet of late.

Unfortunately I was working hard to pay off a family trip the first half of the year and have suffefed an annoying, reoccuring injury in my foot since then meaning getting out to do anything, has been difficult, let alone shooting..

I'll be back soon (hopefully) 🤞

Big thanks to Edgar Brothers and Hornady for getting a new Case Prep Duo out to me wifhin 72 hours of mg original one going done 👌

It would have given me enough time to get my ammo loaded for the Precision R***e Series UK match next weekend... unfortunately i've injured my foot and its now extremely unlikely i'll be able to go 😑 scans tomorrow.. hopefully its nothing major but the possibility of a ruptured achilles isnt boding well 😬

Passing on a Passion 😊

Theres not many better feelings in life than explaining to someone how to do something for the first time and then watching the spark ignite inside of them as the first round impacts steel 🎯

Its always a pleasure to help out on Introduction to PRS courses that are expertly run by ***e_pursuit 💪

This is where the good people and companies in this game really shine. On a course of 20+ first timers, there were personal ri**es and club ri**es a plenty to be loaned out 👍

My personal thanks go out to and Schmidt & Bender for supporting not only me, but also the next wave shooters with top level products to use 👌

Big shout out to the other people who volunteer their time and kit to help these courses run.

If it ain't raining, it ain't training 🌧

Soggy day morning down with and

The AT-XC and my Competition Barrel getting some load development and testing the PRS Warbird in prior to the **eseries_uk match in July which I'm hoping to get too.. work permitting 🤞

Still undecided as i was getting some funky groups going on that I think were gravel related.. but shootability wise, it felt good. More push from the recoil than ive become accustomed too with the Botnia Maxi.. but manageable 👌

Need another few shots to confirm a few of my loads actually group.. otherwise, with a 5x shot group with 1.2fps SD and 3fps ES, i'm chuffed 😊

Precision with Purpose 🎯

This AT-XC .308 has been tailored specifically to meet the Open Heavy Division specifications whilst remaining true to its design and purpose in tactical application 👌

Every component picked to maximise capability with as little compromise as possible🤙

The CMII 6-36-56mm ticks all the boxes ✅️

This premium optic leaves nothing on the table when it comes to features, but is one of the lightest in its class.

The 22" Sendero Profile Carbon Fibre Barrel does the heavy lifting when it comes to weight saving. But all that weight saved would be worthless without the unrelenting levels of accuracy and precision 🦾

provide the support for this system, literally. The ELR Bipod has enough adjustments to get you stable on awkward terrain and the new Long Saddle Monomount keeps the optic on point round after round 🏗

The Pulse Pro (out of sight but not out of mind) provides not only a reliable, bright electronic level, but also a customisable timer and the facility to store multiple Range/Target Cards. The perfect back-up to the back-up for all of your data⚡️

Warbird PRS is the latest edition. Sleek lines, ample noise moderation with sufficient recoil reduction is the aim. I'm excited to see the results 😎

Bit later than usual - but what a good time i had at my first match held at 👌

5th Overall
🥈 Open Heavy
🥈 Mil/LEO

Prior to this match I'd been having some difficulty getting a load to that worked in my Carbon Barrel. A switch to 175gr Match Kings solved that issue and i set about this match having only shot them at 100yds but all my data from the Foretrex 901 with built in was pretty much spot on every time 👌

The AT-XC proved that it is probably the most versatile R***e system out there. With a little bit of effort it can be made light enough for NRL Hunter competitions or taking on long hunts as well as being perfectly at home on the range or in tactical application 🎯🦌

The 6-36x56mm has an awesome FOV and crystal clear glass which made locating targets whilst on the r***e really easy. Despite being a full feature scope, its relatively lightweight and much like the AT-XC, will more than do the job whatever the scenario 💪

Big shout out to and Simon for getting NRL Hunter up and running in the UK. A thank you to the ROs for giving up their time and a crisp high 5 to whoever prevented it from raining despite what all the forecasts said 😅

Was great to meet some new people and put faces to names
and many more who's instagram handles I cant remember 😅

Hopefully see you all at the next one or the finale 🤙

And finally, as always, a Thank you to all the companies who support me or that make great products that I have huge amounts of trust in 🙏
