πŸ’œ CHELMSFORD CHICKS πŸ’œ

This was only the 2nd rally Chicks have entered and they all played so well, lots of good netball played. Although some of the opposition were very good they never gave up and were never despondent. They encouraged each other communicated well and decided who was captain for each match.
We lost 5, won 2 and drew 3 and came 7th out of 10. Very proud of them all.
Caia, Harper, Ezria, Ciara, Abigail, Rosie, Scarlett and Sophie who is only in Yr4.

Really well done today to all the girls. Finishing 11th out of 15 is a fantastic achievement, especially with such strong competition throughout the day. Across all 15 games, the girls kept their heads up, showed great determination, and never gave up, they should all be very proud πŸ’œ

πŸ’œ CHELMSFORD CAPRI πŸ’œ

Chelmsford Capri | Kats Rally, Colchester | May 2026
What a day for the Chelmsford Capri girls at today’s Kats Rally in Colchester! Competing in a tough Division 1 field of 16 teams, our Year 9s showed exactly what they’re made of β€” heart, determination, and an incredible team spirit that made us so proud.
The girls faced some of the strongest sides in the competition and gave every game everything they had. Finishing 12th out of 16 in such a competitive division is no small feat, and the squad should hold their heads high knowing they went toe to toe with some really quality teams today.
Towards the end of the rally, the day got even tougher when Evie, Elle and Elsa picked up injuries β€” but in true Capri fashion, they soldiered on bravely. With positions needing to shuffle to keep everyone on court, the team adapted without a second’s hesitation. Bella, Grace, Georgia, Abigail and Amelia seamlessly covered wherever they were needed, and those sitting out were absolutely incredible on the sidelines β€” cheering, encouraging and lifting their teammates at every turn. That kind of positive team spirit can’t be coached; it comes from a really special group of young people.
A special mention must go to Liz, who umpired an incredible 14 out of 15 games today β€” an absolutely mammoth effort and one that didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you so much, Liz! πŸ™Œ
Huge thanks also to all the parents who brought the girls along today and battled through the parking β€” your patience and support means everything to the team. And to Val, who was there every step of the way, guiding the girls and offering calm, valuable advice whenever it was needed β€” we really couldn’t have done it without you. πŸ’œ
A huge well done to every single one of you β€” Bella, Grace, Georgia, Elle, Abigail, Amelia, Evie and Elsa. You represented Chelmsford Capri brilliantly today. πŸ’œ

πŸ’œ CHELMSFORD COSMICS πŸ’œ

πŸ†š Swan U13 Black
πŸ† Final Score: 22–11 loss

⭐ Player of the Match: Lorelai
Well done to Lorelai today, with a solid performance at GD and C.

Chelmsford Cosmics were involved in a competitive game for the first three quarters.

While it wasn’t the team’s strongest performance and a few unforced errors disrupted momentum at times, the girls continued to work hard and remained competitive throughout. Their determination and teamwork kept the game within reach heading into the final quarter.

In the final quarter, Swan were able to capitalise and pull away, but Cosmics continued to show resilience and support for one another until the final whistle.

Plenty to build on moving forward from this performance.

A big thank you to Scarlett and Isla for playing up today πŸ’œ and thank you to Swan for a great match.
