Umbrella Dance

In all my years teaching dance… today was a first.
A pigeon joined the class.
No warm-up. No registration. Just flappy panicky vibes 😂 🐦 🕺🏼

We finish class with bubbles because dance isn’t just movement - it’s also joy, calm, and a little magic. Watching bubbles float helps us breathe, relax, and let our minds and bodies settle after all that energy!
