I found today’s race HARD! We were definitely quicker on the runs this time but some of the stations I couldn’t stay in 6th gear for! And my quads cramped up completely just before the last station 😖
Burpees were toughest, but lunges were great today! We smashed the wall balls and the ski too… 👌🏽
All in all a brilliant day out. Tough AF but we didn’t give up. And we finished in a respectful 44 / 93 out of all female doubles! (AG I can’t find RN)
