Massive shoutout to who completed Ironman 70.3 in Bolton, secured a podium spot and qualified for the World Championships in Nice 🤯🔥
And to who took on and completed the Chester Triathlon on Sunday 💪
We genuinely love seeing our lot putting themselves out there, challenging themselves and ticking off goals they’ve worked so hard for.

What a weekend for CFC 😮💨
Acid Athletics on Friday, big bunch sweating it out to win some Rads 🙌🏼
Big Saturday class ending in a heavy power clean and a few members getting some hefty PBs 🤝🏼😍
Sunday morning we had our Gymnastics Workshop with coach sharing all his tips and helping everyone sharpen their skills. Members getting rid of those chicken wings in muscle ups and some perfecting their chest to bars too 🤌🏼
BIG bank holiday Monday for the squad taking on Murph…. All in it together, hyping each other up, pushing each other on and supporting everyone until the end 🫡 God I love this lot 🫶🏼
Add in to all that the post wod coffee socials, paddle boarding socials and bbqs and it makes sense why I’m wrecked 😴😄 BUT I wouldn’t have it any other way ❤️🔥
