Jay is feeling better than ever, he’s had a wonderfully varied week of schooling, jumping and hacking.

Loki has been great too and it’s awesome figuring out more of his buttons 👏🏻 very good schooling session and hacking this week.

Lola is just the best as ever!

Bean has settled in beautifully and he’s been awesome to ride under the guidance of Belle! Some exciting things ahead 👀

Today I was brave ❤️

6 weeks and 5 days on from my accident and I ventured out the front door for a little pootle round the block 🥹

Accompanied by Phoebe who piloted Jay so beautifully! We chatted away the whole time and before I knew it we were back!

Short and sweet but a huge step in the right direction 🫶🏻

So grateful to my darling mare Lola who always knows to keep me safe and calm 🤎❤️

Felt good to start venturing out and I’m hoping now it’ll soon become my second nature again!

So not realising we were hitting another bout of 34° + today I had a lesson booked…. As you can see Lola was absolutely thrilled 😂😂

Fortunately, despite the high temps this morning! The arena wasn’t too bad and I gotta say it was definitely one of our most positive sessions to date!

It’s been so hard with the stop/start with Lo given her hind leg injuries but yet again she’s bounced back like the true pro she is 🥹 not bad for an old bird 😜😎

Lots taken away from the session but she gave so so much! Thank you Charlotte Duncan BHSI Performance Coach for bringing out the best in us! Can’t wait for the next one!

Belle is a true asset to our team and she has genuinely been an absolute god send! Her passion for all the horses, catering to all their individual needs and delivering top care every day! We are so, so lucky to have you darling!

It’s been dreamy to have Bean here with her too this week on his bootcamp leading up to their national show 🔥 forever in awe when watching them work!

Trying to keep their work as varied as possible given the ground conditions and heat 🥵 it’s been tricky this time round; if it’s not been the weather it’s injuries 🥸 but despite those bumps in the road! They’re all doing well 🫶🏻

Hats off to my clients too for thinking outside the box and sharing loads of ground work ideas and walk work exercises/routines (which I believe is hugely underrated!) it’s been lovely to see them still reach goals and targets despite the many factors making it harder!

It’s bank holiday soon…. Surely that means it’ll rain, right? 🌧️ 🙏🏻
