Infinity Short Mat Bowls Club playing short mat bowls in Boxgrove, West Sussex.

We currently have practice sessions every week on a Tuesday evening from 7.30 pm at Boxgrove Village Hall, The Street, Boxgrove, Chichester, West Sussex, PO18 OEE. We play short mat bowls competitively in the WSCSMBA Countywide Triples League and regularly send teams to county and national competitions. Players of all abilities are always welcome - including complete beginners, coaching provided from friendly experienced members.

Infinity closed off another great season with our AGM on Tuesday evening.
With our officers and Captains in place for 26/27 we all look forward to another busy season ahead. Until then we continue to have our roll ups every other Tuesday starting on 12th May. Members and Non members are welcome from 7pm-9pm (Β£3 cash on the night)

Infinity had 4 players at the SMPT World Masters in Belfast.
Robin Armstrong reached the Main Knockout with 10 points in the group stages but then went out to Gary McNabb in the last 64.
Paul Butler and Vanessa Armstrong both gained their first SMPT wins getting 4 points in the group stages to reach the Plate Knockout.
Elly Newman qualified in the Shield Knockout going out in the last 32.

Infinity SMBC have retained the ESMBA Over 55 Open Triples at Melton Mowbray. After some close earlier rounds Steve, Peter and Robin ran out comfortable winners in the final. Great stuff boys! πŸ”΄πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

Elly Newman, Paul Butler and Robin Armstrong made it out of the Group stage at the National Triples winning 2 of their 3 matches but then met a very strong West Mids triple in the last 32. Despite staying with them for most of the game the Mids won the last two ends to win 9-4.
