The club currently has three senior teams, the 1sts and 2nds play on a Saturday, and the 3rds on a Sunday; and a thriving junior section. Christleton provides a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and there's nothing better than coming down and walking the boundary on a nice day! WEEKEND RESULTS.

40 point weekend for the Swans.

1s bowled first against NECCC restricting them to 208 from 50 thanks to economical bowling from DC. Before a brilliant run chase led by Jake and Max saw them home with 3 overs to spare.

The 2s put on a monster 277, thanks to brilliant innings from the Chairman Bren, and skipper Rob. They then bowled out OPCC for 109 with T Wyrko taking 3 and the Dowells 2 each.

Plenty to play for heading into the last weekend of the season. Sunday sees the Women head to finals day too!

A fantastic weekend at Little Heath.

Saturday saw the 1s win in a brilliant chase against North East Cheshire at home whilst the 2s won away at Oulton Park. After the game 1st team scorer John was presented with Life Membership. John has been with us since 2009 in many different roles. Thank you for everything you do John.

On Sunday it was the annual Village Sixes tournament, won by team for the 3rd year in a row. Thank you to everyone who came down and supported the club.

An extra thank you to all our devoted volunteers who pour so much of their own time into our club and make it what it is, we wouldn’t be here without you!

VILLAGE SIXES RETURNS

The day everyone looks forward to in the seasons calendar, Village 6s returns this week. Head down to the club for a day full of fun and ‘good’ cricket. The bar will be open, food on all day, raffle being drawn. Come and support the Swans and see if can head into a seventh year as champions!

On Friday night the Women’s 1s secured the 2nd league title. Amazing achievement!
