Ever wondered what actually happens in a "live immersion"?
It's a phrase that gets used a lot, and it can sound like marketing shorthand for "webinar with a nicer name." So here's what it actually means, at least in how I run mine.
A webinar teaches your thinking mind something new. Slides, information, a few good insights you nod along to and maybe forget by the weekend.
An activation works somewhere else. It works with your body and your nervous system, the part of you that decided a long time ago what was safe to want, to claim, to be seen for. You can know a belief isn't true anymore and still feel your whole body brace against it. That's not a mindset problem. That's a nervous system pattern, and it doesn't shift by reading about it.
A live immersion is built around activations rather than slides. It's the difference between understanding why you hold back, and actually feeling what it's like not to.
That's the format for Success without Self-Sabotage, and it's why I keep calling it an immersion rather than a training.
