Well done to everyone who joined us for our Saturday morning run in Boxted! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Great running from everyone and a brilliant effort all round. 👏

Saturday also means parkrun day, and as always, we had Boxted Runners out at various parkruns🌳 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

A huge congratulations to Nivalda, who ran a fantastic PB at Felixstowe parkrun today in 22:33! 🎉👏

And well done to everyone who got out there and enjoyed their parkrun this morning.

We had groups for the 5k, 10k ( under and over 1 hour), and 10 miles, something for everyone!

Well done Saturday morning club runners - a bit more trail than originally planned and it certainly warmed up out there. Can recommend the peach ice tea in the hub for rehydration!

Saturday Parkrun 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🌳

Let’s start with Danny! Massive congratulations to Danny, who completed his 350th parkrun today at Clare Castle. His pure dedication and consistency are truly inspiring.
What an achievement to be proud of! 👏🏻🎉

Well done to all the Boxted Runners who headed off to various parkruns this morning. We had runners at Redcar, Sloughbottom, Rheinaue in Germany and Zuiderpark in The Netherlands. Fantastic parkrun tourism! 👏🏻🌍

Our monthly parkrun tourism took us to Walton parkrun, where Dave had a fantastic run, coming home in 2nd place! 👏🏻
Well done to everyone who came along and represented Boxted Runners today. 💛

Our next parkrun tourism adventure is on 19th September, when we will be heading to Maldon. 🌳

Huge well done to our Thursday intervals crew! 💪🏻 Getting those intervals done in 30c heat is seriously tough, what a session! 👏🏻☀️
