A big, sweaty Monday.

Little kid’s perfecting their footwork and co-ordination skills this evening 👊🏽

Big kids got put through their paces. Fitness, fitness, fitness, angles, ring IQ and a whole load more fitness. Safe to say it wasn’t just the walls that were sweating tonight 😮‍💨

Back at it again tomorrow for Junior Boxing, Ladies Boxing and K1/Muay Thai 🫡

Biggest and littlest day: you know the drill by now 🔥

Few faces missing from the photo this evening as they had to chip off early.. but a busy Monday nevertheless 👊🏽

Back again tomorrow for the busiest night of the week.

Solid rounds on the bag and some quality rounds in the ring 👊🏽

Friday 🔥

Quieter session for the Juniors this evening, but can’t fault their efforts. Really starting to find their feet and work out what their strengths are in the ring 👊🏽

Ladies only boxing: every week we are building and building. A solid effort from the ladies today learning the defensive side of boxing and finishing off with bag sprints and a “bring Sally up” challenge 🫣

Classes done and dusted for the week, back again Monday for the biggest and littlest boxing class 👊🏽

Have a lovely weekend everyone!
Gym open tomorrow from 12:30-3pm 👊🏽
