The hands off aspect of a rebozo massage is truly soothing for the nervous system.
I often use a rebozo if youre especially in need of nurturing or soothing, dont want to undress or be touched by hands, need a gentle stretch...
I can do a whole hands-off rebozo massage or just add in a little rebozo love part way through.
We rock, bind, hold, wrap, stretch, jiggle...
Btw., rebozo is a Mexican word - its their famous handwoven cloth or manta, intrinsic to Mexican life. I dont know what else to call it...
