Did you know I do a mini workshop every month⁉️

📆 Every 1st Tues of the month
🕚 10.45 - 11.15/11.30am
📍 St John's Church Community centre

With these workshops I aim to cover common babywearing topics, such as back carrying and when the weather changes 😊

For just £5 I will talk through the safety issues, the techniques, demonstrate, and then help you have a go! You'll leave feeling confident to keep practising on your own!

You can use your own sling or borrow one of mine! ✨️ Please come earlier if you need a carrier

🎃This month I'll be covering "Back Carrying in Buckles". ✨️ Please note babies need to be sitting up unaided to start back carrying with a buckled carrier

🎆 In Novemeber I'll be covering how to safely use your sling as a feeding aid. This is for any age baby and I will tailor to who is there

🎄 December will be bringing in the colder weather, so I'll be discussing how to dress your baby and yourself safely and other tips to help with rain, cold and wind!

There are the usual 2 sling librairies, both just so happen to fall in the same week 🫣

My mini workshop is all about Back carrying

And I have lots of availability on Tuesdays and weekends for private sessions 😊

💜 August Availability 💜

If you have been following me for a while you'll know I don't run any library sessions over the summer.

They take a lot of time and effort to run, and I prefer to keep it low key so I can focus on having some fun times with my boys 😁

However, that doesn't mean I am completely going off grid! I will be running a couple of "Library session slot" days and be available for private consultations on select days throughout the summer.

On library session slot days I have 5x 15 min slots available for booking between 11am and 12.30pm. These can be used for fit/safety checks on your own sling, or to get one of mine to hire 🤩

I will also be checking messages and hopefully sharing some posts! So please do get in touch if you have any questions❓️

I will be less available between 20th-31st August, as we are off on holiday that week. Fingers crossed the good weather lasts until then!

Our final sling library before the summer break is coming up this Friday, 17th July.

Come and see me if you'd like a sling for the summer or your holidays! Or if you'd like us to do a quick safety and fit check with your own 😊

As usual we join Colchester Perinatal Hug CIC as part of their Family Hug sessions, so you can also get support with infant feeding and physical recovery!

Or you can just come along for the chats and the free coffee 😉

💜 Ring Sling tip! 💜

Do you find the shoulder material of your ring sling restricts your movements a bit? It may be because the rings are too low.

Give this a go and see if it helps!
