We're well into pre-season training now and we wan't to remind our members that enjoying the glorious weather is great but its no excuse to miss training.

Whilst its sweltering outside, its absolutely delightful in our fully air conditioned gym.

𝟭𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗥𝗘-𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗗𝗔𝗬

We've been back on pre-season for 2 weeks now and have sparred through the week, but today was our first club sparring day so plenty of rounds for everyone.

We had nearly 40 of our own boxers in, all ages, experience and ability levels. 6 experienced and qualified coaches supervising and giving advice. Fantastic opportunity here for boxer development.

Lots of rounds, lots of learning and lots of smiles. Just how we like it. 🥊🥊💥

We are shocked and saddened to learn of the passing of former CABC boxer Salis Hanrahan. We didn't know Salis for a long time, but in that time he brought lots of laughter. A good kid taken far too soon.

We send our deepest condolences to his family and friends.

Some fantastic performances against boxers with more experience or stronger records.

Overall a great experience for all involved. Fife, you were incredible (but then again, I'm probably biased).
