A small change to this weekend’s Joust programme...

Due to unforseen circumstances, the Knight School team are no longer able to attend, but we’re delighted to bring you an exciting archery & longbow demonstration in their stead with White Dragon Activity Centre - starting at 11.45am each day 🏹

The fabulous Colchester Waits will also be in the arena in the afternoon treating us to their authentic medieval music 🎶 and there will be the opportunity for all children to get involved in the action in Part I of the tournament with the The Knights of Royal England ⚔️

All the jousting tournaments and other activities will be going ahead as planned, including have a go at archery and axe throwing (included with tickets) and lots more to see and do ☀️🏰

Tonight our fledgling Airgun club moves outside for the first time and now you can dust off those air rifles and join in with the plinking. Follow Gale's Guns for more.

Gale’s Guns Gale’s Guns is a friendly and welcoming shooting venue for air gun enthusiasts of all skill levels. Located in Bures Essex in the home of White Dragon Activity Centre, our club has a 10 metre pistol range.

We get a lot of 5-star reviews and they fill us with joy! 💛 White Dragon is a small independent business, so every review (and booking) makes a big difference to us.

It's not easy running an outdoor activity centre as a small team - many are owned by big players, councils and national corporations. There's as much stress as fun... but the place is so darn beautiful, and our customers are so much fun, we just can't keep away!
