Looking for a fun new challenge in the pool? The Donegal Diamonds Water Polo Club are running FREE Water Polo sessions for Under 11s every Thursday in September from 6pm to 7pm.

A great opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence, make friends and discover an exciting team sport!

We are offering a free trial. All you need to be able to do is swim 25m, and enjoy playing team sports! Details in the poster. Message this page if you have any questions or to register your interest.

This weekend is the South Lake Gala, where over the course of the weekend members of Portadown ASC will be swimming against competitors from all over the country. It's a full programme of events and is always a fantastic event. Come and support our swimmers!

Some information on the Swim Ulster water polo academy.

Our Class of '26 from the Smyths Toys Swim Ulster Water Polo Academy will graduate on Saturday 25th April at Lisnasharragh Leisure Centre with the presentation ceremony held in the Centres Studio 2, preceded by U14 Boys and Girls Ulster Vs Leinster games.

Should be a fabulous occasion....everyone welcome!
