It’s been bought to our attention that some people spend more time on their phones than they do actually training. (Especially the science based lifters)
Therefore as of today we’ll be banning the use of mobile phones on the gym floor any members caught using their phone whilst training will have it confiscated.
Science based lifters - do you equations before getting to the gym.
All other members - give your social life a break for an hour and get some gains.

Back in my happy place to round off 2025 💪🏼
I can honestly say this year has been a rollercoaster, plenty of highs and just as many lows.
We completely transformed the gym with a brand new layout, loads of new equipment, and welcomed so many new members into our community.
We also sadly said goodbye to two old school bodybuilding legends. Rest easy, Phil & David 💔
I just want to take a moment to say thank you for the continued support. It never goes unnoticed and it allows us to keep growing and making the gym even better.
2026… we keep growing, we keep levelling up.
