We’re excited to have Quantum Impact Ltd with us capturing all the action throughout the morning.
⏰ First wave starts at 8:00am.
Please aim to arrive 20–30 minutes before your allocated wave to get warmed up.
10 minutes before your start time, we’ll gather all athletes to run through the movement standards and competition briefing, so please make sure you’re ready.

Our first 7 week Weightlifting Class block wrapped up today 💪
The feedback has been incredible, with members hitting PBs, improving their technique, and building confidence under the bar week after week.
A huge thank you to everyone who got involved and committed to the process.
Block 2 won’t be too far away and we’re already looking at adding some extra weekday sessions 👀

Reading everyone’s stories this week has genuinely been inspiring. It’s reminded me that the gym is about so much more than training , it’s about people, support, confidence, friendships and having somewhere you feel accepted.
