The most amazing walk in the Troodos Mountains. We also managed to see the Cyprus Mouflon, in fact we actually seen 2 of them together but only managed a clear picture of one. This is extremely rare, and not something most locals or even tour guides in Cyprus have witnessed

One thing worse than getting a new bit of kit with Chinese instructions on how to build, has to be getting a new bit of kit with no instructions on how to build 😆

It’s taken a lot of time to search for the right piece of kit to work the hamstrings and also to ensure a majority (if not all) one2one clients and group members can easily get on/off and it can be adjusted to suit each individual whether 4ft 10in or 6ft 10in! 🤯
Added bonus to this machine, is it’s an extra leg extension machine to go alongside the iso lateral leg extension 👌
