What a beautiful evening🌿✨

We gathered, we connected, and we wandered out into the countryside surrounding East Rudham; soaking up those big Norfolk skies, the golden corn, the berries, and all the abundance summer has to offer just now.

We paused among the trees to be still. To ground. To meditate and really feel into our connection with nature and with each other.

Then back to the garden we walked, flowing through a beautiful yoga practice; shifting that lovely outdoor energy inward, restoring, and harnessing all that summer vitality.

We finished it off as we always should… tea in hands, delicious cake, and good chats. 🍰☕

Rambles & yoga is such a special combination — nature, movement, stillness, and community all in one evening. Grateful for everyone who came and shared it. 💛

Who else is addicted to this feeling?

17/07/2026

Who’s joining me?

I used to think rest meant lying on the sofa scrolling.
It doesn’t.
Your body knows the difference between numbing out and actually resetting, and most of us haven’t felt the second one in a long time.

The Unfolding is the space I built for that.
Ecstatic dance and somatic movement to let your body move the way it actually wants to.
No choreography, no mirrors, nobody watching.

Breathwork and cacao to bring you into your body instead of your head.
Then sauna heat followed by an ice cold plunge. A physical circuit-breaker that snaps you out of the loop you didn’t even know you were stuck in.

People arrive wound tight and holding it together.
They leave regulated. Connected. Lighter.

This isn’t self-care as another task.
It’s a held space where someone else keeps time, holds the container, and all you have to do is show up and let go.

If you’ve been running on empty and calling it fine, this is your permission to stop.

📍 VENUE CHANGE — The Unfolding is moving to Wiveton Hall

Same magic. New space.

The Unfolding returns. An evening of ecstatic dance, yoga, sauna and ice bath, held in the beauty of Wiveton Hall.

This one is about movement. Release. Surrender.

Come as you are. Leave lighter.

We shed what we’re holding onto through breath, through dance, through heat and cold, through simply being witnessed in a space of bodies doing the same.

I think this one is going to be something really special. 🤍

The Unfolding is coming back. 🌙

By popular demand (you asked, I listened)
I’m running The Unfolding again.

Sunday 19th July | 6 – 8.30pm | Letheringsett Watermill

Out in the paddock, under open sky; cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance, somatic movement, a paddle in the ford, and sound bath.

Last time was magic. Bodies moved freely in nature, walls came down, people left lighter than they arrived.

If you were there, you know. If you weren’t perhaps this is your sign.

Spaces are limited (they always go fast).

We are making the most of the sunshine and practising outdoors in the shade of the trees Clare Muncey this summer.

Enjoy being immersed in nature, the sound of the river Glaven, a cool breeze on your skin and a moment of calm and quiet.

🌾 Apanaveda Yoga: Grounding into the Downward Flow 🌾

Apana is the energy of release — the downward, outward current that governs elimination, letting go, and our deep connection to the earth. In this practice, we work with that current: slow, rooted movement, breathwork that empties before it fills, and space to release what no longer serves you.

This isn’t about pushing or performing. It’s about surrender, softening into the pelvis, the low belly, the base of the spine, the feet and trusting what naturally wants to fall away.

Expect grounding postures, supported hip openers, and a breath practice designed to draw energy down and out. You’ll leave lighter, clearer, and more rooted in your body.
