If you want to get better at pull-ups, here’s a simple trick nobody really talks about 👇✨

Start with jumping pull-ups with a slow negative.
You just jump up, hold your position, and slowly control your way down. That’s it.
Nothing fancy — but incredibly effective.

Why it works:
• it builds real upper-body strength
• it trains your lats, back, shoulders, and grip
• it improves control and stability
• and it prepares your body for full pull-ups without burning out

The best part?
Anyone can start with this exercise. You don’t need to be strong yet — this makes you stronger.

Don’t worry about doing a full pull-up right away. Don’t worry about technique being perfect.
Just start with what you can do today. Slow negatives count. Consistency counts even more.

So here I am, stepping out of my comfort zone and working on something I usually avoid 😅
But this is how progress happens — tiny steps, slow reps, and showing up.

Let’s see how far we get. One controlled negative at a time 💪
