Period pain can make you want to curl up and do absolutely nothing.

This gentle stretch may help you release some tension, slow your breathing and feel a little more comfortable.

Move gently, breathe slowly, and never push into pain.

Save this for when you need it. 🌿

Your body changes. Your priorities change. Your definition of feeling good changes.

And maybe that’s not something we need to fight.

At this stage of life, I don’t want to punish my body into looking or feeling like it did at 25.

I want to feel strong.
I want to move well.
I want to have energy.
And I want to enjoy the body I’m living in now. 🌿

What does “feeling good in your body” mean to you now?

We often think about training our legs or core, but strong glutes are just as important.

They help support your lower back, hips, pelvis and everyday movement—from walking and climbing stairs to getting up from a chair.

And strong, healthy glute muscles mean less lower back or pain.

Give this exercise a try and let me know how it feels. 🌿

We spend so much of life chasing the next thing, meeting expectations and trying to keep everyone happy.

Lately, I’ve been asking myself a different question:

What kind of life do I actually want to build?

This carousel is my answer.

Not a destination. Just the direction I’m choosing, one small step at a time.

I’d love to know… what would you add to your list?🌿

If this is the kind of content that speaks to you, I’d love to have you here. Follow along for gentle movement, midlife wellbeing and simple living.

Sundays don’t have to be about doing more.

Sometimes, a few gentle movements and a deep breath are enough to help you feel lighter, calmer and ready for a new week.

Take a few minutes for yourself today. 🌿

Save this for whenever your body needs a gentle reset.

Simple movements can make a big difference. This squat with an arm reach helps build strength, engage your core and encourage better posture. Slow and controlled is enough. 🌿

Some of us are lucky enough to still have our parents or grandparents.
Save these simple exercises for them.

Helping our parents and grandparents stay strong, mobile and independent is one of the greatest gifts we can offer.

These simple exercises can support everyday movement, balance and confidence. Imagine standing up from sitting independently (requires strong legs), getting up from the floor (takes strong arms too) or fall prevention with strong ankle stabilisers.

Share this with someone you love. 💚

Always choose exercises that are appropriate for the individual’s ability and health, and seek professional advice if needed.

This has become one of my favourite summer treats. It’s creamy, refreshing and a simple way to add a little extra protein to my day. Easy, healthy and delicious.

You’ll need:

300g Greek yoghurt
200g cottage cheese
100g double cream
1 lime juice (or half lemon)
3 tbsp honey
100g unsalted pistachios
a few strawberries

Blend until smooth (save some pistachios to decorate the top or use desiccated coconut). Smash 1 strawberry at the bottom of each container before you pour in the mixture, decorate with few pistachios or coconut. Keep in the freezer for 2-4 hours. Remove from freezer 10-15 mins before eating.

They taste like most expensive, luxury ice cream with tons of protein! Only healthy stuff.

What’s your favourite healthy Summer treat?

Save this recipe for a warm day or share it with your bestie☀️

If your day involves a laptop, phone or long hours sitting, this simple Pilates exercise is a great way to wake up the muscles that support good posture.

Move slowly, breathe steadily and focus on quality rather than speed.

Try 8–10 repetitions and save this for your next work break. 🌿
