Our padel court was host to a photo shoot recently. Local business woman, Georgie Rennie, has set up a business selling a range of eye catching patterned padel racquets designed specifically for women. You can view photos from the photoshoot at our club on her website https://www.pouncepadel.com/

🏓 Our table tennis tournament last Saturday was a great success! The ‘oldies’ table tennis team competed against the best of the tennis section in a closely fought series of matches.

Congratulations to our semi finalists, finalists and winners: James and David Williamson who just beat Margaret and Jenny of the Syl Legends in the final.

Thank you also to all who played, spectated and baked, particularly to Eleanor for the multiple delicious cakes.

A big thank you to St John’s for running a very informative and practical defibrillator training session for club members yesterday afternoon.

We were trained in how to perform CPR and use our new defibrillator to practice lifesaving skills and make us more confident in responding to emergencies. Thanks to everyone involved in organising and participating in the training.

We held our 2025 Club Championships on Sunday 7th September. It was a great day with a delicious BBQ and our fundraising efforts raised £83.60 for Just Oliver.
