The first major event of the 2026 has already produced some incredible moments and upsets as the world’s best battle it out to become the Shanghai Masters Champion🏆.

Defending champion Kyren Wilson⚔️ got off to a great start defeating 7 time champion of the world Ronnie O’Sullivan🚀. Where as on the other side of the draw Neil Robertson came through an incredible battle with China’s Xiao Guodong, Guodong making 6 50+ breaks including a 147 only to be beaten 6-5 from a 5-2 lead.

There was also victories for Mark Williams, Judd Trump, Shaun Murphy, newly crowned World Champion Wu Yize, Zhao Xintong and John Higgins, who squeezed by Jack Lisowski 6-5 on the final black!⚫️
