Through the Government's Playground Fund, 66 local authorities will each receive £𝟐𝟕𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬.

For councils, this is an exciting opportunity to invest in local play spaces and make sure they are welcoming, accessible and inclusive for the communities they serve.

At Inclusive Play, we believe inclusion should be considered 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭, not added as an afterthought.

As an API : Association of Play Industries 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫, we can support councils and their project partners with inclusive equipment for a wide range of play experiences.

From the Surfboard to the Hoverboard!

We took the features we love from our established Surfboard and re-engineered them to create a new play experience.

With around one-third the footprint and dual-axis rocking, the Hoverboard opens up more possibilities for play spaces.

Where it all began... ✏️

The Hoverboard didn't appear overnight. It started with an idea and a pages full of sketches and notes.

Our aim was to design a compact, inclusive rocker inspired by board sports that encourages balance, confidence and shared play, while remaining accessible for as many children as possible.

Innovation starts with an idea – and we're proud to see this one become a reality.
