Our Manchester team recently attended site after a customer experienced low water pressure that was affecting their hot water supply.

Following an inspection, our engineers found that both pumps within the existing pressurisation system had failed and were leaking. With the original pumps now obsolete, the team investigated alternative options before recommending a complete replacement system.

The customer chose to replace the existing unit with a new pressurisation system, including a two-year warranty and a first service free of charge after 12 months.

Another great example of our Manchester team combining technical expertise with a practical approach to find the right solution for the customer 👏

Our Glasgow team was recently on site carrying out a borehole installation for a private water supply.

Engineering Supervisor Ross Carbry and Engineering Apprentice Calum Thorpe did a fantastic job delivering the installation, helping provide an effective and reliable water supply solution for the customer.
