We are a charity and social enterprise using the power of people and sport to support our local community in North Edinburgh

At the heart of Spartans Community Foundation is our vision to change lives for the better in North Edinburgh. We do this by developing and delivering innovative programmes in youth work and education. We operate our facilities and community coaching programmes as a social enterprise, reinvesting profits back into the business to support our positive social impact in the community.

πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³ That’s it! The last day of our Junior Alternative School for 2026. We celebrated a year of amazing progress with a trip to our favourite park followed by an all-you-can-eat lunch πŸ₯΄
We will miss the eight P7s who are moving onto high school: we wish you lots of luck! And P6s: we’ll see you back at Spartans in August. (Get some rest as we will be busy!)

🀝 Partnership is key to so much of what we do at the Foundation. On Friday we helped our friends at Forthview PS Summer Fayre to support their fundraising efforts. Definitely Scottish summer weather! 🌧️ but it was a huge success πŸ’₯

Everyone's excited about the World Cup, but where can you join in if you're only wee? Our second SFA-funded Match Day event was the perfect place! On the day Scotland were going to play Morocco, we were celebrating by giving our community the opportunity to try out loads of football-related activities, eat delicious food, make new friends and have loads of fun.
