Our Club Competition takes place on Monday 31st August from 6pm to 9pm for athletes Under 18 and below.
Please get your entries in as soon as possible so that we can gauge interest in the competition. If there insufficient numbers competing, we may have to cancel the event.
This event is only held once a year so it would be good if athletes make an effort to take part even if they normally have other activities on a Monday. Please get in touch if you have any questions about the competition.
We are also planning to have a handicapped 400m and 110m race for athletes U20 and above. Please let Keith know if you wish to take part.
Any parents who are able to help out on the night, please also get in touch with Ruth. Putting an event on like this does require lots of volunteers - many hands make light work!

Apologies for short notice... Thursday throws is cancelled tonight. Athletes can join sprints tonight if they wish though.
A reminder that there is no throws session next thursday either.
AND another reminder that tonight's Multi Events does not take place tonight either.
