This huge Cannondale Road bike was dropped in with cassette issues, closer inspection revealed a badly corroded freehub, new part fitted, I tried to road test it but didn’t have a set of steps big enough.

Bit of a challenge doing this one up, hopefully I can cure the squeak by removing the bird’s nest from the front mech!

Time for a new internally routed rear shifter cable on G-Bike 1.

Customer complaining of poor braking & gritty headset!!
Took about an hour to remove the headset.
