August - Celebrating our 4 year Clubberversary at our amazing venue Pollokshaws Burgh Hall! 🪩🎉 Having had some of you glow with me for 1, 2, 3 and even 4 years!! Incredible, LET'S PARTY!

October - Join me to celebrate my very own anniversary of 11 years as a Fitness Instructor! 😱 My brain is going wild with my crazy idea- Level up your rockstar vibes with A ROCKBOX JAM SESSION! Our Rockbox class featuring a live guitarist! 🎸 Omg who's as excited as me for this?! 😆🤘🎸☠️

And of course we'll have our annual Fancy Dress Clubbercise Halloween Party too! 🎃👻

MONDAY COMBAT + TONE:
As I mentioned recently, I may need to adapt this class slightly over the next couple of weeks for the Summer heat, this room gets very hot with all our jumping around 🔥😁
Please could bring a Mat tomorrow and if its hot again once we get going then we will throw in a little bit of mat work for additional toning 💪 As always options will be available for all. Let me know if need to borrow mat.
With the potential for using mats, I've capped the numbers for space so tomorrow is now fully booked. See you to kickstart the week
