Hi everyone!

Exciting announcements for you all this evening 😀😀

Starting from next week, we will be offering not 1, not 2 but 3 new weekly classes to get involved with!

Starting with Tuesdays:

5:30-6:30pm: The Engine room
This session is focussed on all things engine, by which we mean building a strong cardiovascular base

Anyone looking to improve their general fitness for Hyrox, or general performance for endurance based workouts, this class is for you!

6:30-7:00pm: Core & More
This 30 min blast will be aimed at building a bullet proof core.

Your core strength is pivotal in getting bigger lifts, better gymnastics and developing general speed and power. You can NEVER do too much core work

Both these sessions will be coached by the newest addition to the Strengthn Team - Christina Taylor better known as Christina Louise Taylor

Tink is a force to be reckoned with - powerhouse athlete, epic coach and all around legend. She is really excited to get stuck in with you all and we are very lucky to have her.

She has one of the best engines in the game so anyone looking to build theirs is in very good hands 💪💪

Finally, starting next Thursday, we will start the first Strengthn Run Club 🏃🏃🏃‍♂️💨

Strengthn Run Club
Thursday 5:30-6:30pm

This 60 minute session is designed to build good running foundations in both technique and conditioning. Each session will focus on a technical element as well as an endurance and performance component. Full warm up and cool down will also be included and the session will be suitable for any level of ability!

All new sessions are available to book - NOW ✅

The next Strengthn Fit Foundation course is now bookable!

Who is it for?

What is it exactly?
Strengthn Fit Foundations is a 6 week course which will walk you step by step through the basics of everything you need to know in order to start your health and fitness journey.

You will focus on high quality physical movement such as squatting and deadlift under the expert eye of your coach who will adapt or advance each and every movement and exercise you do ensuring it is aimed at your specific level of ability.

You will also learn the basics of nutrition, how to stretch and recover properly, tips and techniques for sustaining a healthy lifestyle without over-restriction and following fads or strict diets.

1st Rep Games Recap!

Congratulations to the teams from Strengthn who joined everyone else to complete the epic day of events at the 1stRep games last weekend!

It really was an incredible day with every single person giving everything they had to complete 5 epic team workouts.

Great workouts, great food and a great laugh. Perfect way to spend the day.

Massive shout out to the guys at 1stRep for organising such a great event and a huge well done to everyone else who got involved!

A little throwback to first ever ladies only Quiz night!!

What a turn out! And .soresweatyandstarving
& I had so much fun hosting. From "general knowledge" to "nutrition" (mainly desserts & cocktails) to "Guess who?" (Check out last pic) ... we covered a lot in 3 hours 🤣

Thanks again to everyone who joined us. Well done to the CHAMPIONS of the evening .. the "Quadzillas" ( , .garlick , & ) 🏆

It’s only a couple of weeks to go until our next gymnastics workshop will be running, hosted by the incredible .guy

From absolute beginner to honing advanced skills, this is a great opportunity to elevate your gymnastic skills under the expert eye of one of the most experienced gymnastics coaches you will ever get to meet.

D E T A I L S

COST: £25 per person

TIME: 10am - 1pm Sunday 10th May

WORKSHOP:
This 3hr workshop is designed to teach you how to Move Gymnastically. How to feel movement, first principles of movement & crucially how to use this day to day to both improve your Gymnastics & be more adaptable to new movement challenges that you may face.

We’ll use foundational Gymnastics & traditional CrossFit Gymnastics movements to bring to the life your Gymnastics & set you up for the best progress via your Gymnastics training.

Delivered by Guy Hill who has over 27yrs years Gymnastics coaching experience.

Specialising in Gymnastics movement in other sports, he has worked with everyone from beginners to World Class athletes including Olympians & CrossFit Games athletes.
