Taekwon-do is COOL & so is our dojang with its AIR CONDITIONING ❄️👍. So if you're feeling the heat, I'll see you tonight at one of the few places that won't be too hot.

Miss Barkle and Harrison were gutted the 102 rounds of sparring was arranged for a day they were unable to attend. So they can still contribute to our efforts to fundraise for the UITF World Championships in Poland, they have come up with their own way to raise money.

Harrison will be doing a sponsored 1000 Burpees in June and Miss Barkle is doing 1000 press ups.
