I am super proud to say that our Glevum Taekwondo student Thomas travelled to Wrexham today to take his black belt grading.
He was so brave and committed and we are delighted to say that he is now a 1st degree black belt (at 10 years old!)

Great session at our Quedgeley sparring class this Tuesday, with students of all ages and grades joining in 🥋

Our sparring classes start off with some light drills to build confidence and sharpen technique before progressing into controlled sparring.

Good effort from everyone involved, with a special mention to our Black Belts for their excellent coaching and support, leading by example as always.
