Such a shame we had to stop our demo at Linden due to a sudden summer shower. Hope the children aren't too disappointed - it was so lovely that so many of you turned up to join in 😓🥋You are a fabulous, fun and dedicated team ❤️

The fitness test is a personal challenge... the bleep test followed by some endurance challenges. We are all different and giving it your best is all one can ask ❤️🥋

Super grading on Saturday, three 💪 students have shown the "heart to gain self discipline and not give in" and "the spirit to fight and not falter." Congratulations on passing your purple belts ! ❤️ 🥋 karate is a great activity for all ages and abilities, for improving co-ordination, body strength, concentration & well-being 👊
