Yes, of course, men do yoga. The first class I set up had several men in it, at times, more men than women, and I asked them once, why? I was trying to find out why men attend yoga classes, because generally they do not, in the U.K. the answer came back, ‘why wouldn’t we do yoga?’ Which I did not have a response for. Why wouldn’t men do yoga?
