It's tough out there...last week was really positive with sales and it was feeling good.

This is week has fell off a touch. Its very difficult to gauge whether as a small business in this climate, we're on the right track or not.

Please show some love whether its a like, share or maybe a purchase for your garden or that next special occasion/milestone 🌹

Whilst I have work to get on with, its always nice to have orders booked in advance to prepare. I know I can be better and I am working on these things in the coming weeks 💓

An interesting article by Lesliekaminoffyogaanatomy. I have spoken to people who have tried to learn yoga from books. For some it encourages them to seek out a teacher in ‘real life’ which is great, others, don’t. Personally, books are useful reminders for practises which have been taught. But I refer to books by established teachers, like Leslie.

somewhat fortuitous, I see a studio had to cancel classes yesterday, due to the heat. none of the venues have air conditioning, so it can be a tricky. yes, hot yoga is practised in temperatures of 40°C but you have to be prepared for that practice.

We average around 500 adults per day at our Summer Fair & Dog Show! That's around 1000 over the weekend, not including children!
