Well done to everyone who pushed through six minutes of running yesterday. It might not sound like a long time at first, but staying consistent, keeping your pace, and not giving up takes real effort—especially in your first taekwondo class.

Some of you probably felt tired halfway through, maybe even wanted to stop, but you kept going. That’s exactly the kind of determination that taekwondo is all about. It’s not just about kicks and techniques—it’s about building stamina, discipline, and a strong mindset.

Keep that same energy going into the next session. Every step you take, even the tough ones, is progress. 💪

As you step onto the mat- they’re right by your side - guiding you, giving advice, and helping you stay focused. In between rounds, they watch closely and tell you what to improve, whether it’s your timing, defence, or confidence.
