Last night’s Just Pedal advanced ride out from the Hideout was all time prime!! 🤌🏻
2 hours pretty much non stop, impossible e-bike climbs, spicy full tech deserts, cutesy views and all finished off with pizza, beer and a fire pit. Doesn’t get much better than that 😍

Super excited to be unleashed this Friday night to guide an advanced only MTB group for Just Pedal starting from The Hideout at 18.00.
Alongside my group there will also be a Ladies group and a novice - intermediate group. Hire bikes are available and prices starting from £10 which includes a free drink when we return. Pizza van will be serving up primo pizzas too!!

Poor ol Forest just can’t catch a break….
He can catch the dropper mount with his knee though. Both ended up worse for wear. First aid kit back out again and a trip to A&E n a Sunday night for him. Nice to hear the medical staff were very complimentary of my cleaning, medi strip and bandaging skills. That 2 day first aid course is coming in handy 😬

Things do go wrong sometimes but luckily I always have my bag of tricks to hand…
He’s a tough lad, he was fine 😬🤘🏻
