Aleksandra Matuszewska kicks things off at 10am with Yoga and Journalling, sessions she regularly runs at our local independent bookshop Paper Moon.

Using the mindful state yoga creates to help you tap into a deeper level of consciousness through the healing practice of journaling. A gentle, grounding way to begin a whole day of wellbeing.

Eczema UK (previously the National Eczema Society) is the only UK charity for everyone affected by eczema - raising awareness, supporting research into new treatments, and campaigning for better medical care for the 1 in 5 children and 1 in 10 adults living with the condition.
