For the third year Freedom Leisure, Guildford Spectrum hosted the Guildford & Waverley Junior Citizen Safety event on behalf of Child Safety Media

This multi agency collaborative event delivered workshops to over 1,000 year 6 students from local schools across our community and it is always such a pleasure to be part of something so important.

We were not only hosts, but the brilliant Chris Sexton, Michelle & Camila delivered important and engaging workshops on water safety on behalf of Freedom Leisure over the two week event.

These events are vital to our young people to learn skills that will keep themselves and others safe and provides opportunities to:

🔴 Feel safe, confident and reassured
🟡 Prevent injuries at home, during play and when away
🟢 Create safer and healthier communities
