Classes, school clubs, workshops, holiday camps & parties - a wide range of Dance, Acro, Yoga & Fitness delivery in schools and leisure centres (See Synergy Dance Outreach for SEND delivery). Synergy Dance® is a mixed dance fitness program for boys and girls (infants, juniors and teens) in schools and leisure centres offering classes, parties and workshops. Our company signature is to offer a taste of many different dance styles in one class, from breakdancing and street to disco and cheerleading. We also offer single genre classes such as Break Dance, Street, Dance Acrobatics, Cheerleading etc.

Sometimes they just want great music, cool moves, the freedom to freestyle and a place where they can burn off some energy without pressure.

Our Breakdance with Street classes at Guildford Spectrum are all about exactly that.

Designed for ages 6–12, these energetic Saturday sessions combine Breakdance, Street and Acro skills in a fun, encouraging environment.

Children can have a go at:
⚡ Six-step & top rocks
⚡ Baby freezes
⚡ L-kicks
⚡ Headstands
⚡ Street dance combinations
⚡ Acro skills
⚡ Freestyle and creating their OWN moves

And they don't need to arrive knowing how to do any of it!
There are no auditions and no pressure to be perfect. Children can learn at their own pace, build confidence and discover what their bodies can do.

Dance can be a brilliant way to develop fitness, coordination, strength, creativity and confidence - while simply having a really good time.

Our Breakdance & Street classes at Guildford Spectrum combine energetic Street Dance with the skills, tricks and techniques of Breakdancing – giving children the chance to learn some seriously cool moves while building their confidence and developing their own style.
